This vintage is made from Côt and Cabernet Franc grape varieties which give it aromas of candied red fruit. A tannic wine that can be kept. A brilliant garnet red color with intense purple highlights that combines the scents of red and black fruits with nuances of violet and licorice. Fleshy, it offers volume and harmonious material which coats the tannins. FOOD AND WINE PAIRING: Red meats in sauces or grilled and cheeses. SERVING TEMPERATURE: Room temperature Grape Varieties: Côt - Cabernet Franc Vinification: Vatting immediately after sorting, at the end of fermentation, aging of the juices, and blending to create the cuvée. Aging: 3 to 5 years
