Pineau d'Aunis IGP Val de Loire

Pineau d'Aunis is a grape variety that is perfectly suited to producing a rosé wine with a salmon color. It is slightly peppery and particularly refreshing. A very pale, barely pink color with orange highlights. It opens with finesse on flowers and citrus fruits, enhanced with a spicy hint. Round and supple on the attack, balanced by a lovely freshness, with a finish of aromas of tangy and peppery red berries. WINE AND FOOD PAIRING: Appetizers, fresh salad, barbecued white meats, or even with a nice charcuterie platter. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12°C Grape Variety: Pineau d'Aunis Vinification: Production by pressing, pneumatic pressing, and static settling. Classic vinification in thermo-regulated vats.
