The lotus flower is a delicate pink flower with fragrant and soft aromas, much like the Pinot Noir variety, a difficult grape to grow, which requires patience and dedication, but is capable of giving us complex and subtle aromas and flavors. ORGANIC single-variety Pinot Noir rosé cava, reserve category and aged for more than 15 months. Loto is a cava with pleasant aromas of red fruits, with notes of stone fruit, and a very balanced milky background due to its freshness. Very harmonious, with a silky bubble and a long, tasty aftertaste.
