ORGANIC white mulberries

The fruit of the silk mulberry, of which we will keep the name Mulberry to differentiate it from the blackberry of our gardens, is a delicious dried fruit with a naturally sweet taste. Mulberry fruits grown all over the world to feed silkworms, the consumption of mulberries is very popular in Asia and the Middle East. Existing in black and white varieties, we have referenced the white variety Morus Alba grown in Turkey, a true breadbasket of Europe in dried fruit production. It’s not just for its taste and texture that Mulberry is so attractive… In fact, it is traditionally recommended to combat anemia and fatigue. A source of resveratrol, iron and vitamin C, it will quickly become, alone or combined with other dried fruits, a regular in our kitchens. Traditional Use Mulberries are very popular in the Orient as a tonic and fortifier. They are known to “enrich the blood”, “fight against fatigue, pallor, anemia”, “improve urinary and digestive problems”. They are also recommended for women suffering from menstrual syndrome or after childbirth, as well as during convalescence. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is combined with other plants to combat insomnia, excessive nervousness, dizziness and drowsiness, and for any “Yin” energy deficit.
