ORGANIC & FAIRTRADE brown cane sugar

Ecoideas has chosen to support an organization of small producers in Paraguay and thus contributes to their sustainability in the face of increased competition from large plantations. The objective is to provide top quality organic sugar while securing farmers' income thanks to the sector's Bio-Equitable certification, which also makes it possible - through the creation of a development fund - to carry out environmental, socio-educational, medical projects or to improve working conditions. These projects are decided by the producers themselves based on the realities on the ground. Brown sugar, from cane, is unrefined and contains a little molasses, which gives it a beautiful amber color as well as aromatic notes of vanilla and caramel.
