Farmhouse Reblochon

Authentic flavor and taste. This unctuous Reblochon is made at the foot of the Glières plateau. With a white wine from Savoie, it expresses all its finesse as an aperitif and with a good red wine at the end of the meal. This Reblochon is delicious as a tartiflette. But, it goes wonderfully with simple pasta, a salad, a sandwich. Or potatoes sautéed in olive oil: Once the potatoes are crispy, place small pieces of Reblochon on top, melt them with the bottom of a glass of wine, throw in the pan, trap the steam released with a lid, 2 minutes later, it's ready... Serve a seasonal salad.
