JACK Spiced Rum - Cognac Cask

Our Spicy Rum is distilled from an AOC agricultural rum from Martinique. A rum with a unique elaboration, then aged in oak barrels having contained Cognac. We distil each perfume in our copper still, then we assemble everything, and then operate the aging in the oak barrel. Like the development of perfumes, the fact of distilling everything exacerbates the aromas. We are on floral and delicately spicy notes, aging gives it a certain length in the mouth. To be served plain, excellent in a Ti-Punch, or in a cocktail. Finished for 7 months in Cognac barrels.
