Unique recipe for Fruits de la Terra, made in a traditional way combining different varieties of mushrooms and summer truffles collected in the Natural Park of La Tinença de Benifassà. Perfect for meat and fish of all kinds, roasted or grilled. Finished with cream, it is excellent for pasta.
