ORGANIC Whole Broad Beans

Our whole broad beans are legumes from organic farming of excellent quality guaranteed by the experience gained over the years of our legume grower members in Sicily.     Ideal for soups or stews, they are also an indispensable ingredient for first courses and side dishes thanks to their delicate but very tasty flavour!     A typical Sicilian dish is "macco di fave", a creamy and very nutritious puree of broad beans, ideal for autumn and winter evenings.
