At Gebr. Brügmann we roast in the second generation. Following the tradition of old Hamburg roasting houses, we attach great importance to gentle drum roasting for a tasty, unique, wholesome and low-acid coffee.
All our coffees are roasted by hand and because freshly roasted coffee simply tastes better, we do not store and always roast fresh. You can taste the difference!
Arriving at the port of Hamburg, we receive the finest coffees from Africa, India and Latin America. We obtain our raw coffee from small farms, where every coffee cherry is hand-picked and every bean is hand-picked, still in family hands with a love of quality.
