Stand neighbors at the Bio Austria trade fair in Wieselburg 2019 also had time to talk and so the idea for SchoarfeWürze was born. With JULIBERG, Thomas Schauer has specialized in the cultivation of organic chilis in the Mühlviertel. From the seed to the seedling to the ripe chili, everything here is monitored with love and dedication.After a series of attempts, the perfect mix was found. The seasoning should not be too spicy but also not too mild. The result brings together one of the hottest chili varieties in the world, the Carolina Reaper, with the hearty Viennese seasoning. About half as spicy as the well-known Tabasco sauces. Like the WienerWürze, the SchoarfeWürze is suitable for a variety of recipes or for seasoning at the table.It is perfect for: mixing a Bloody Mary, pimping up a stew, seasoning a salsa and much more
