Pure walnut oil from French walnuts is characterized by its nutty, slightly tart taste. Walnut oil contains valuable omega-3 fatty acids. The nutrient-rich oil has a very low smoke point of just 130°C and is best used cold. Walnut oil is ideal for use as a salad dressing and for refining asparagus dishes, soups and fish. It also refines desserts, pastries and sweets in a delicious way. In addition, its fine, nutty aroma harmonises perfectly with our Gepp's vinegars with fruit. Fits well with: salads and cheese.
