Nut cuvée with beechnut oil

Experience the taste of the local forest and the variety of flavors of nut oils in a unique and aromatic composition. Cuvée made from our distinctive beechnut oil mixed with selected hazelnut and walnut oil from our own pressing.    You can't get more nuts | Unique blend | Traditional crafts When we think of local nuts, we all usually first think of hazelnuts and walnuts, which (still) make up the largest share of this category in terms of quantity. But a secret star has long since emerged: the beechnuts. Its triangular shape stands out visually and its fine, woody-nutty aroma makes it particularly popular with gourmets.      But hazelnuts and walnuts also have an excellent aroma and represent the domestic nut market. So what could be better than combining these three excellent flavors in one product?      Selected hazelnut oil, combined with the best walnut oil and refined with strong beechnut oil from wild collection, is the perfect symbiosis for us and forms the basis for our “local” nut oil mixture, our nut cuvée.      Why bucknut oil?      Our beechnut oils are considered a source of omega-3 (α-linolenic acid) and also have a high content of linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid. Both fatty acids are essential fatty acids and are therefore not produced by the body itself and must be consumed with food. α-Linolenic acid and linoleic acid also contribute to maintaining normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The positive effects can occur with a daily consumption of 2 g of α-linolenic acid and 10 g of linoleic acid.      Why hazelnut oil?      Hazelnut oil, like most other nut oils, has a high proportion of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. At the same time, literature sources show high levels of minerals, vitamins such as vitamin E, and trace elements such as potassium, calcium or sulfur. These ingredients coupled with the excellent sensory properties make it an ideal cooking and cosmetic oil.      Why walnut oil?      Walnut oil essentially consists of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. In addition, according to the literature, walnut oil is an important supplier of nutrients such as vitamins A, B and E, as well as important minerals such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, selenium and zinc. Due to its exquisite sensory properties, walnut oil is particularly popular in French cuisine General information: In order to best preserve the delicate taste and valuable ingredients, our oils should only be heated slightly. At the same time, they should be stored cool and protected from light, as this prevents premature oxidation of the product and preserves the quality of the oil. You store opened oils in the refrigerator and are best used as soon as possible.      Creative usage ideas - quick, easy & delicious: - Enhance forest and game dishes in style - Refine sauces and soups - Make dressings for salads - Topping for (breakfast) bowls and muesli - As a starter, simply add it to freshly baked/toasted bread - Add the finishing touches to dishes, e.g.b. for vegetables, rice, potatoes or pasta - For German-Asian cuisine - Excellent in the dessert sector for an exquisite nutty note - Refinement of pastries Ingredients: HAZELNUT oil (50%), WALNUT oil (30%), BUCKET oil* (20%) *from wild collection May contain traces of soy, nuts, sesame, peanuts and lupins.
