Shelled fava beans

Shelled fava beans in 400 g packs.   Beans are legumes.   Our beans are grown by our partner producers to whom we guarantee fair remuneration. Shelled fava beans are cooked like lentils.   It can be eaten hot or cold, in puree, in gratin, etc. Its cooking time is very short: 8 to 25 minutes (unlike lentils and chickpeas).   Its taste is subtle and delicate: halfway between chestnut and walnut.   Very rich in protein and fiber, it is ideal for vegetarian and vegan diets.   Recipe ideas on the back of the packet!
