Organic red wine belonging to the DOC Maremma Toscana made from 80% Sangiovese grapes and 20% Merlot grapes aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Harvest 2016, carried out by hand as it once was; vinification for the Sangiovese in temperature-controlled steel tanks, for the Merlot aging in French oak barriques for 12 months. Once combined, the blend refines for at least eight months in the bottle. 750ML bottle. Entirely produced and bottled by the company itself.
