Domaine Augustin Adeodat White 2022

During the harvest, we pick up these old gray Grenaches during a first pass. The little volume from these plots allows us to work the juices delicately. The grapes are pressed slowly, to keep only the best of them. Then they are vinified and aged in barrels, to be bottled at the end of March.
