Gray Grenaches accompanied by Macabeux and white Grenaches. Fermentation takes place half in vats and half in 400-litre barrels of several wines with daily stirring on the lees and temperature control during alcoholic fermentation. Aging is carried out in vats and 400-litre barrels for 6 to 8 months.
