Grape varieties: 70% Roussanne and 30% Grenache Blanc Aged for 5 months in half muid. Wine from the plot selection of our best plots of vines on Roquebrun Schist soil. On a base of Roussanne and Grenache blanc, finesse and creaminess on the palate combine the freshness of its aromas of white-fleshed fruits, the all with surprising subtlety. Its passage in oak barrels gives it a gentle patina which comes magnify its white fruit aromas
