Heart of the estate's range, Coume Marie red is a blend of Grenaches noirs and Carignans with a hint of Syrahs and Mourvèdres harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in vats with little pumping over and punching down. The vinifications are carried out with temperature control. The aging is carried out in old barrels of 225 liters for 10 months.
