BOOK - A thousand vines

After a master's degree in philosophy, Pascaline chose to devote herself to wine.                                        An Angevin at heart, she immediately embraces the energy of the visionary winegrowers of her region.                                        Trained at the school of gastronomy with Chef Jacques Thorel, she tasted classic icons very early.                                        This dual training led him to develop starred wine lists in Belgium and the United States respecting the work of the vines above all, lists rewarded by the New York Times and the World of Fine Wine.                                        Master Sommelier, Best Sommelier of France and One of the Best Workers of France 2018, Personality of the Year 2019 by the Revue du Vin de France, she is about to open a new restaurant in TriBeCa with a cellar of more than 3,000 mainly organic, biodynamic and natural references.                                        She teaches at ICE (NYC), the Wine Scholar Guild and regularly participates in international wine conferences (Wine Paris, Vinexpo, Raw Wine Fair, TexSomm, etc.).).She writes the column “Vu d’Ailleurs” in the RVF.                                        She represented France in the World's Best Sommelier competition which took place in Paris in February 2023.
