Aglio Olio - from our own production. This Aglio Olio is quick to prepare and really delicious. Preparation: Soak 2 tablespoons of spices in 4 tablespoons of water for 15 minutes, then fry briefly with 6 tablespoons of oil. Add 200 g cooked spaghetti and fry for 5 minutes, adding some pasta water if desired. Complete. Ingredients: Garlic 72%, tomato, parsley, pepper, onion, oregano, basil. May contain traces of mustard, celery and sesame. Storage instructions: Spice mixtures should be protected from heat and moisture if possible.
