Hasnaâ Chocolats Grands Crus is the fruit of a devouring passion for cocoa on the part of a young couple, who led Hasnaâ to follow a formation of Chocolatier Confiseur in reconversion and to embark entirely in the manufacture of chocolates from Premiers Crus de Plantation, these beans carefully selected from a single plantation.
Passionate and meticulous, Hasnaâ has followed several training courses with the Best Craftsmen of France (Serge Granger, Bruno Le Derf, Philippe Parc, Pascal Brunstein ...).
Purist, the chocolate maker does not use any preservatives or artificial flavors in her recipes, and ensures the delicate and subtle balance of rich and surprising flavors such as a coriander-based praline, a timut pepper ganache ... and other recipes that will not cease to awaken your taste buds.
To support the chocolate maker in her activity, she relies on a brigade of experienced chocolate makers and on Vincent, her graphic designer husband by profession, who has put his communication skills at the service of the company by developing in particular superb cases that fully enhance gourmet jewelry
that they contain.
It is this team of enthusiasts who make sure every day to create delicious chocolates for the pleasure of the pupils and taste buds of their customers.
