ARGOUSIER INFUSION

This unusual bay is not only well known in the coastal regions of northern Germany. The plant is often used there as a "useful plant" to fortify dunes and dams. The berry, which grows on the bush and is rich in juice, is bright orange in color and has a slightly sour and sour taste. The pulp is used for the production of juice. In combination with our basic tea and a typical aroma of sea buckthorn, the infusion develops an excellent taste, which young and old alike always appreciate. Leave to infuse for 10 to 12 minutes, in water at 100 ° C. We recommend that you use 4 to 5 teaspoons of tea per 1 liter of water.
