Our sustainably grown potatoes are far too beautiful to disappear anonymously into the masses. That is why we started making chips ourselves in 2004. We grow, harvest, cut and bake the chips on our farm in 's Gravendeel in South Holland, close to Dordrecht. The chips are fried, skin and already, in High Oleic sunflower oil and seasoned with just a little sea salt or natural herbs; and you can taste it! Our authentic Hoeksche Chips is a conscious choice, completely gluten-free, lactose-free and contains only vegetable additives. All our bags of chips come straight from our farm.
