Dry Gin No.7

This is a Gin for real enthusiasts, a strong Gin of over 44% Vol/Alc. Our Dry Gin No.7 is distinguished by multiple "layered" distillation.  In the first layer we lay the foundation with Juniper berry and Coriander, in the second layer the base is distilled again with Juniper berry and Coriander, of course, but now enriched with citrus and spices for a unique and deep taste palette.             The third layer is an infusion with flowers of the Butterfly Pea (Clitoria Ternatea), this natural antioxidant and historical aphrodisiac gives the gin its striking but completely natural color.  The secret of this unusual plant is further revealed when the gin is mixed with a good tonic and the color changes to light pink.             Balanced combination of botanicals and melting them together to create the best gin we can make, batch by batch.  A Gin that we are proud of and you can taste it in every glass.
