Origin Series - Verdejo Vodka

Origin Series Vodka is made in small quantities.  Various grape varieties provide diversity in wines and we make Vodka from them.  Made for enthusiasts who are looking for the purest Vodka but do not want to compromise on taste.  Our Verdejo Vodka has its origins in organic grapes selected from the same unique region that produces the famous Verdejo white wines.  These wines are fantastic in their own right and are of course an ideal base for distilling.             The first (slow) distillation extracts as much flavor as possible from the wine and there the first selection is made to remove impurities from the distillate.  We then distill again to 96% VOL/ALC to ensure that the Vodka is extremely pure.  Due to our method of distilling, the Vodka retains its terroir and you can taste where the origin lies.  The result speaks for itself, Verdejo Vodka is in a class of its own.             Rich, tasty Vodka that is so extraordinarily pure that you have to taste it to believe it.  Just sipping it neat on ice it starts, you smell citrus with a hint of vanilla, followed by flavor notes of nectarine and pear.Sunny Spanish terroir at its best.  Verdejo Vodka also continues to surprise you in a mix.             Our philosophy is therefore not like many of our colleagues, who believe that by removing flavor the Vodka becomes better.  No, we believe you should be able to taste where your Vodka comes from.             Special taste and made with love.
