Ground Asafoetida requires cooking with oil. With Spice Drops®, no cooking is required to achieve a mellow flavour similar to onions and garlic. In Asian and Middle Eastern dishes, Asafoetida is used widely in dishes containing beans and pulses to aid digestion and reduce the ‘after effects’. RATIO: 2 drops = a pinch of ground asafoetida DIRECTIONS FOR USE For best results, use it in the final stages of preparation or just before serving.
