50% IBERIAN FIELD CEBO HAM - HAND SLICED

High quality sliced Iberico product, cut by hand by our master cutters and obtained from the hind legs of 50% Iberico pigs fed on natural pastures from our own pastures where they roam freely with total freedom. It is included in the set of high quality food products, all its production phases require special care, but it is in the cellars where, over time, it reaches its incomparable aroma and flavor. The salting process is very light, achieving a smooth and balanced flavor. The curing of this product is carried out in a natural dryer where the pure air of the Sierra de Béjar and Sierra de Salamanca flows and its curing time is around 36 months.
