50% IBERIAN FIELD CEBO SHOULDER

High-quality product made from 50% Iberian breed pigs, reared in total freedom and fed on natural pastures in our own pastures. It is obtained from the forequarters of the pig, it is stylized in shape, with a black hoof and a fine cane. The external fat is soft and homogeneous, the lean interior with a smooth texture and intense flavour. Cured in a natural dryer for at least 20 months.
