50% IBERIAN ACORN-FED LOIN

Made with the loin piece of 50% Iberian breed pigs and fed on acorns and natural pastures from our own pastures. It is seasoned with spices (garlic, paprika and oregano), stuffed into pork casings and cured in natural dryers for at least 6 months. The cut piece presents a veined and juicy appearance.
