100% IBERIAN ACORN-FED LOIN PIECE

The Iberian loin is a famous sausage in Spanish territory with an unmistakable flavor, highly appreciated by pork lovers Iberian. The Iberian acorn-fed lomito from Sierra de Extremadura is one of the special parts of the pig. 

It is made from Iberian Presa (it is the juiciest meat and one of the best pieces of pork) that is stuffed and cured for a period of about 90 days. Its preparation without paprika represents a little-known innovation and highly appreciated by the best chefs in the world. 

The gentle recipe with pepper invites you to taste the 100% Iberian Bellota Lomito natural, with light nuances that enrich the final flavor. With a warm and deep aroma, the 100% acorn-fed Iberian loin Quarentena, presents shiny maroon-colored slices with pinkish reflections and marked and balanced infiltration.   Matured in a natural dryer in a slow and controlled manner.
