High-quality product made from 50% Iberian breed pigs, raised in total freedom and fed on acorns and natural pastures in our own pastures during the montanera season. It is obtained from the forequarters of the pig, it is stylized in shape, with a black hoof and a fine cane. The external fat is soft and homogeneous, the lean interior with a smooth texture and intense flavour. Cured in a natural dryer for at least 26 months.
