Plot selection of Grenache, on the slopes of the Massif d'Uchaux. A clay-limestone soil embellished with sand allows the vines to flourish in a relatively cool and serene environment. The harvest is de-stemmed and lightly crushed. During the maceration phase, temperatures are meticulously maintained between 18°C and 28°C for 2 weeks. This allows a gentle extraction of tannins, aromas and color from the skins.
