Caladoc is a "Métis" grape variety, son of Grenache noir and Malbec. The late harvest makes it possible to reach a level of high sugar concentration. This very aromatic sweet wine develops notes of prune and cocoa. The palate, greedy and fine, switches to cherry notes.
