A runner with a soft walnut flavour The Texel fenugreek cheese is a runner from the Wezenspyk collection! The oil-containing fenugreek seeds give the cheese a soft walnut flavour. The tasty cheese is also available as a gift cheese. An ideal gift when you go out for a drink with someone. The cheese has matured for about three months and is made from our Texel cow's milk.
