Strong in taste and a success on the serving board The Texel old farmhouse cheese from Wezenspyk has a strong taste and is therefore a great success on the appetizer board. Although old cheese is normally more difficult to cut, this cheese can still be sliced fine with the cheese slicer. This makes Texel farmer's cheese also suitable for bread. The cheese is sold after a maturation period of 12 to 18 months.
