Melting artichokes

Our melting artichokes come from Vassiliko, a beautiful little village in the north of Greece, close to the Albanian border. Working closely with our local producer, we have developed a unique recipe that enhances every piece of these delicious artichokes. These artichokes are marinated with a perfect combination of basil and parsley for incomparable freshness, a touch of lemon for a slight acidity, and a hint of garlic for deliciousness.
