Van Ardi "Tor-Tori" white 2019

The Tor-Tori cuvée is a tribute to an ancestral Armenian grape variety that has now disappeared. The Tor-Tori white wine is made exclusively from the grape variety where its golden color and its aromas of exotic fruits, lychee, drunken pear and honeycomb mingle with the vanilla and slightly musky scent. The subtle notes of coffee and a silky mouthfeel will awaken your gluttony. A combination of citrus flavors, accented by grapefruit, accompanies its body and long finish. This wine can be served as an aperitif or will accompany your white meats in sauce. The Voskehat grape variety was harvested from winegrowers whose plots are adjacent to those of the Domaine. In the ancient wine region of Aragatsotn in Armenia, the soil is mainly volcanic and rich in natural rocks and minerals. The terrain is about 1,000 m above sea level. The climate offers long hours of sunshine during the day and cooler temperatures at night.
