Build a piggy bank and become a math whiz!

This activity kit contains what you need to build a fun and very educational piggy bank: you will learn to keep your accounts, while doing math! An innovative activity that will conquer both children and parents! How it works ? Start by assembling the wooden elements: everything is included in the kit, even the glue. You will find a pot of "Chalkboard Paint" as well as a brush and some rice paper tape. Apply the chalkboard paint to one side (or all over the piggy bank, it's up to you). Once the paint is dry, put the wooden pieces together. Insert your coins into the PLUS-shaped slot: then, using the chalk provided in the kit, you can keep your accounts ... directly ON the piggy bank. We added a roll of rice paper tape: to make the edges very clean. Apply the rice paper to the parts you want to leave natural wood. Paint the room then remove the tape once the paint has dried. What are you going to learn? A fun and smart activity to do mathematics in a concrete way. Learn to keep your accounts, manage a budget and practice the additions while having fun.
