Since 2015, we have been making the kombucha that we would have liked to find: delicious, organic and authentic. KOMBUTXA, the healthy alternative to soft drinks. The Kombutxa brand, from Mūn Ferments, is the first to be packaged in glass, with 100% natural ingredients, top quality and certified organic. Its production begins with an infusion of green tea, specifically of the Lung Ching variety, the most ecological that is grown in the world, which is only harvested in spring and is highly appreciated by experts. The organic cane sugar sweetens it and serves as fuel for the microorganisms that will make fermentation possible. A long, restful, careful fermentation that makes Kombutxa the only one that, without being pasteurized, does not require refrigeration for transport or conservation. The unique process to which we submit it ensures that the amount of residual sugar that reaches the consumer is minimal.
