This high-fermentation white beer flavored with elderflower has a pale yellow, slightly misty color topped with an abundant white head. Its body is dense and its texture in the mouth is silky. Subtly acidic with the wheat malt, it remains very refreshing with flavors of banana brought by the yeasts, granula thanks to the addition of oat malt and elderflower. KURA revisits this traditional recipe of witbier (Belgian white bean) with a Japanese touch thanks to its starter with amazaké and the addition of koji malted rice which provide softness, roundness and length in the mouth.
