KŪRA is an artisanal factory of Japanese products located in Charolais, which uses traditional Japanese recipes with local organic ingredients: organic French soy, organic Camargue rice, IGP Guérande Nature & Progrès salt.
KŪRA offers Japanese sake (tasting and cooking), condiments (misos, tamari real miso extract, Shoyu soy sauce...)and beers with a Japanese touch.
All our products are based on the adaptation of the Japanese kôji malting process to the varieties of cereals and legumes available in France.
Our products come from natural fermentation exclusively. In particular, local production makes it possible to offer unpasteurized misos which thus retain their probiotic and organoleptic qualities.
