Here we have associated our medium miso of semi-complete rice aged one year with organic shiitakes grown close to the KURA factory by Florence Jarrige in her farm "Les Champignons du Moulin" in Bussières. Shiitakes are the Japanese name for Lentin du Chêne, a common mushroom in our deciduous forests, but easily cultivated. Dry, they bring powerful smoky aromas typical of Asian dishes (China, Vietnam, Japan). Use : This miso is therefore a fantastic combination for seasoning meats, vegetables or velvety soups for a full-bodied and slightly smoky flavor. But above all, all you need is a small spoon in a bowl sprinkled with hot water to obtain a well-balanced miso soup. It is often explained that medium miso alone is not enough for a miso soup, it always needs an accompaniment, a small vegetable, some shellfish for a typical dashi. The miso enhances the taste and flavors, its salty side disappears and is thus balanced for a quick, probiotic and tasty soup. So here is an easy and easy to use shortcut. Good tasting ! Conservation : Non-pasteurized, KŪRA miso is a living product, which can be stored for a long time by continuing to mature and retaining its probiotic qualities. Store in the refrigerator upon receipt and for several months. Ingredients : French organic soy (GMO-free), semi-complete Camargue organic rice, Nature & Progrès Guérande PGI salt, dry organic shiitakes.
