Cuvée Opalyne: the haute-couture cider. For many years, focused on our blending work, focused on our quest for innovation, we forgot the idea of offering a traditional, raw cider. With this observation in mind, we decided to produce a raw cider, but with the firm intention that it be considerably floral. Simple in its title, complex in its aromatics. A honeyed dress announces the color. The suite is exquisite, creamy and airy. Its signature foam, incredibly persistent, enhances a mouth with silky bubbles. Floral raw. 5% vol.
