Gin XII is distilled by hand from 12 plants and spices in a tray still to obtain subtle aromatic palettes. After being gold medalist in 2021 at the "Beverage Testing Institute" USA Competition, Gin XII was gold medalist at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris in March 2022! The recipe for Gin XII is the result of a long process of research and reflection. The choice of plants that accompany the juniper, as well as the exact proportion of each of them result from a simple idea: to obtain a dry Gin with a taste that is both rich and authentic.
