
Maccheroncini di Campofilone PGI are the typical product of the town of Campofilone: they are a pasta with a centuries-old heritage, characterised by their great capacity to absorb any seasoning. They are produced with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all coming exclusively from the company's own farm, 100% made in Marche. They are dried at very low temperatures and cooked in just 2 minutes. -Cooks in 1-2 minutes - The yield of this pasta is very high: 60-65 grams per portion are enough, so 250 grams of pasta are 4 portions. -Low glycemic index: proven by scientific research with universities that demonstrate that our pasta, once assimilated, does not create a glycemic peak. Width 1 mm. Drying in 24 hours. Ingredients: only eggs and durum wheat semolina from our farm.
