Tarragon liqueur

Tarragon Liqueur: The ultimate digestive liquor with a delicate and slightly anise taste; estragol, the main aromatic compound in tarragon with a very characteristic anise taste. Can be consumed as a pure digestive or on ice, but also as an aperitif as a long drink with 4 to 5 volumes of sparkling water (Hard Seltzer), lemonade or tonic-type drink. As a culinary accompaniment, goes very well with white meats, fish, and shellfish (marinated or flambéed prawns for example)
