Veal sweetbreads in mushroom sauce (trumpet of death) is a traditional recipe from our Corrézien territory. Passed down for several generations in my family, find this unusual preparation in canned form. Ideal for aperitifs or to have fun. You will find sweetbreads from Corrèze breeders but especially from the Limousin breed.
