Rollon's Calvados Héritage is made from a blend of different Calvados terroirs. The Heritage range perpetuates the know-how and passion that characterize La Maison du Père Tranquille. These Calvados of character develop an aromatic amplitude in the mouth resulting from slow aging, from 2 to 10 years and more, in the cellars of this family House existing for more than 3 generations. Rollon's Calvados VSOP Héritage has a beautiful, bright, clear golden color. A lively and elegant nose of fresh apples with fine spices in the background, all in balance. Aging highlights the beginning of a pommé finesse. You will smell vanilla notes of ripe apple. Nice length.
