Genuine “rainbow” trout from Pyrenean aquaculture, rigorously classified and cleaned by hand, smoked in the oven at low temperature using natural beech smoke and preserved exclusively in olive oil. - Ingredients: Trout (Salmo Trutta), 28% olive oil, natural smoke and salt - 170gr can format. - Free of Bisphenol A – BPA FREE. - Without additives. - Preferential Consumption, 5 years from the date of production. - Keep in a cool, dry place.
